Ademir is a Co Founder at 4AG. In his career, he has served as Controllership Manager at FLC Lamps (Victoria Capital Partners), Adeste Group Corporate Controller, Controllership Manager at Suzano Petroquímica and Controllership Manager at Adria Produtos Alimentícios. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Grande ABC, an MBA in Controlling and Auditing from FGV-EAESP, and a specialization from Trevisan University.
